1. No Returns or Exchanges

As all our products are custom-made to your exact design specifications, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once the order has been placed. This policy ensures that we deliver precisely what you request and prevents any misuse or fraudulent claims.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or contains a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the order. In such cases, we will offer a free reprint of the product under the following conditions:

  • You provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
  • The defect or damage is verified to have occurred during production or delivery.

We do not offer refunds or accept returns for damaged or defective items; only reprints will be issued.

3. Order Accuracy

Please ensure that all specifications, designs, and details provided at the time of order are correct. 169 Musou Ltd is not responsible for errors in the artwork or specifications submitted by the customer. We strongly recommend reviewing your design and order details before finalizing your purchase, as we cannot offer reprints or refunds for customer errors.

4. Cancellations

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled. Our production process begins immediately after your order is submitted, and due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot halt production or refund payments.
