It is recommended that you retain a copy of these Terms for future reference. About Us We, 169 Musou Ltd, are a registered company in Nigeria with our principal place of business in Lagos. Our Tax Identification Number (TIN) is 1079822779. We operate the website www.169musou.com. Relationship Between the Parties By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Upon submission of your order, you will receive an acknowledgment via email confirming receipt of your order. Please note that this acknowledgment does not signify acceptance of your order. All orders are subject to our acceptance, which will be confirmed via a subsequent email (“Order Confirmation”). A contract between us will only be formed upon issuance of the Order Confirmation. Product Availability and Delivery We aim to deliver products within the estimated timeframe provided in your Order Confirmation. However, there may be instances where unforeseen circumstances affect our ability to meet this deadline. Should such an event occur, we will notify you of any revised delivery schedule. We deliver to all locations within Nigeria, and applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed at checkout. Risk and Ownership of Goods The risk in the products will pass to you upon delivery. Ownership of the products will pass to you once full payment for the products, including delivery charges, has been received. Pricing and Payment Terms All prices for products and delivery charges are as displayed on our website unless there is a manifest error. Prices are exclusive of VAT, and VAT will be added where applicable during checkout. You are responsible for any other taxes or levies that may be applicable in the jurisdiction to which the products are being delivered. Payment must be made by credit or debit card through our accepted payment gateways (Visa, Mastercard, etc.). Payment is processed automatically at the time you place your order. We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. Product Specifications and User Obligations We strive to ensure that all product descriptions and images on our website are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that the colours of products as displayed on your screen will exactly match the finished products, as variations may occur due to differences in display technologies. When uploading any material to our website, including for account registration, managing your account, or submitting an order, you represent and warrant that such material:

• Is accurate;
• Complies with all applicable laws in Nigeria;
• Does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.

You agree to indemnify 169 Musou Ltd against any claims arising from a breach of the above warranties. We are a print-ready company, and we will print from the artwork provided by you. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that all artwork complies with copyright laws. 169 Musou Ltd cannot be held liable for any breach of these laws by you. Refunds, Returns, and Reprints Products cannot be returned for a refund unless they do not meet the specifications provided in your order or are of unsatisfactory quality. In such cases, we may, at our discretion, offer a free reprint. All claims regarding errors must be reported within 3 days of receipt of the products. We may require photographic evidence or the return of the product to process any refund or reprint. If a refund is approved, we will notify you via email and process the refund within 30 days of confirming the issue. Refunds will include the full price of the defective product, along with any applicable delivery charges. International Shipments For international shipments, you, the customer, are solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country. 169 Musou Ltd will not be held responsible for any such charges, and no refunds or reprints will be issued if products are destroyed or held by customs authorities due to non-payment of such charges. Promotional Codes and Offers

• Promotional codes are only valid for orders placed on our website within the applicable promotional period.
• Promotional codes cannot be applied to VAT or delivery charges unless specifically stated.
• Only one promotional code can be used per order.
• 169 Musou Ltd reserves the right to amend or withdraw any promotional offers at any time without notice.

Warranty We warrant that the products supplied by 169 Musou Ltd will conform, in all material respects, to the specifications set out on our website and will be of satisfactory quality. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, 169 Musou Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Loss of income or revenue;
• Loss of business;
• Loss of profits or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
